Procurement Expert with Supply Chain Focus

Job Overview
A Procurement Expert with Supply Chain Focus is required by Arche Consulting to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process. This role will involve managing key stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and identifying potential risks in the supply chain.

About the Role
This position reports directly to our Logistics Manager and is responsible for overseeing supply chain activities, including Purchase Order management and handling Goods Receipt issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee supply chain activities, including timely delivery of orders, Purchase Order (PO) management, and handling Goods Receipt (GR) issues.
* Coordinate internal relocations of standard parts between plants and final assembly lines.
* Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day communication, including confirming delivery dates and expediting shipments when needed.
* Identify risks in the supply chain and proactively implement preventative measures.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or customer-facing roles (experience in manufacturing or aeronautics companies is a plus).
* Logistics, Supply Chain, or Procurement education will be advantageous.
* Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2) is essential.
* Strong customer orientation and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Capacity to handle multitasking and ad-hoc tasks.
