Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a bespoke Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, working closely with our team to ensure timely and successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Single Point of Contact or Front-channel to end-clients.
• Own the entire LMS program delivery, including coordination and management of a Program Plan that aligns with end-client Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) and Corporate Strategies.
• Evaluate suitability of governance structure and model in place, aligning with those of OpsTalent and the end-client.
• Liaise with stakeholders throughout the service delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define the scope of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the LMS.
• Manage a Delivery oversight team providing oversight on all aspects of program delivery.
• Develop and maintain a Gantt plan aligned to end-client timelines, capturing and ensuring all delivery milestones are met.
• Address dependencies, blockers, and assumptions in a timely manner.
• Maintain understanding of Technology Stack at an operational level.
