Senior Cloud Data Architect Position

About the Role:

Ferrosan Medical Devices is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Data Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our data platform and driving innovation in the medical devices industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architectures, ensuring alignment with the overall data strategy and business goals.
• Architect and optimize data integration workflows, harmonizing data from fragmented operational systems and ensuring seamless information exchange.
• Oversee and drive the development of the logical enterprise data model (EDM) and ensure consistency across all data repositories.
• Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards within the architecture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, sharing best practices in data architecture and integration.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, staying on top of industry trends in AI and data science.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production units to integrate Data solutions into daily operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Data Architect or similar role in a related field.
• Deep understanding of modern data stack, cloud architecture, and data modeling.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and familiarity with its features and services.
• Strong leadership skills, with ability to guide and mentor a team of skilled professionals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
