Job Description

NIX Tech Kft. is seeking a skilled Junior DevOps Engineer to join its team in Budapest.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Automating cloud infrastructure deployments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using various tools.
  • Writing scripts for automation and CI/CD.
  • SUPPORTING the team's infrastructure and resolving configuration issues.
  • Resolving infrastructure and automation issues in different environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in administering Linux and Windows systems.
  • Knowledge of web servers and deployment processes.
  • Experience deploying environments in AWS or Azure clouds.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Practical experience in administering databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD automation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, or other CI/CD tools.
  • Experience writing scripts in Bash or PowerShell.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken English.
