About the Role:

  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, TETA, or ServiceNow is advantageous.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Able to communicate effectively and maintain a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and administer HR transactional processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and manage data across HR systems, adhering to the highest standards of integrity.
  • Prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports, conducting audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support employee and manager inquiries via the ServiceNow platform, delivering exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of new HR launch programs.
  • Handle additional HR-related duties as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of all processes.
