Test Automation Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Test Automation Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive the development of our test automation strategy, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing QA strategy across the entire organization, with real impact on product quality and development process. You will also lead and mentor the QA Platform team, fostering a strong quality culture and coaching others in best testing practices.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with leadership responsibilities in a SaaS/product setting. They should have hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (preferably Cypress, Postman, JMeter), solid understanding of software testing types and levels: unit, integration, E2E, performance, exploratory, and experience in leading or actively participating in QA transformation initiatives – including quality ownership across developers, team enablement, and implementation of organization-wide QA standards.
