• Support the Recruitment Manager and HR Team in the full employment process, ensuring seamless coordination with HR partners, managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies.
• Publish job advertisements that effectively showcase our employer brand and attract top talent.
• Participate in employer branding activities to strengthen our company's image and reputation.
• Organize recruitment interviews, guaranteeing smooth communication with candidates up to their employment and onboarding.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for employees and candidates through consistent and clear communication.
• Maintain high-quality data in systems, adhering to the highest standards.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
