Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical support for cloud-based systems, utilizing various tools and processes to identify and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, such as AWS and MS Azure, as well as experience with troubleshooting and debugging Web applications.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide regular updates to customers on the progress or delay of resolving their technical issues. Additionally, they will be required to adhere to corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues utilizing company systems, utilities, and support processes.
- Provide regular communication to ensure customers are informed about the progress or delay in resolving their technical issues.
- Support issues related to Alfresco enterprise edition.
- Identify and submit software defects to internal teams for review.
- Contribute to internal documentation to reflect all activity related to resolving support requests.
- Adhere to Change Control Policy for Cloud environments.
- Comply with corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AWS, relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres), Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems.
- AWS certificate and MS Azure certification preferred.
- Experience with API languages and authentication knowledge.
- Proficiency in using troubleshooting tools.

Education and Skills:
- Associate degree in Technical or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in English language.
