About the Role

The Associate Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing and delivering the implementation requirements of key and corporate customers, coordinating all parties, and delivering small and medium new business accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verifying trial implementations on the test environment
  • Building test scenarios
  • Implementing changes on the production systems of our service recipients
  • Contacts with couriers and eCommerce sellers to determine the requirements and details necessary to implement accurate solutions
  • Conducting workshops and training for retailers
Requirements
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with Jenkins
  • Knowledge of SOAP
  • Proficiency in Postman
  • API and REST API expertise
  • XML knowledge
