Freelance Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top-notch candidates to meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with experience in sourcing and hunting Italian-speaking talent within the Volume SaaS/BPO/Languages industries. You will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and people skills.

You will be required to dive into your own sourcing channels, job boards, social media, and networking to source, hunt, and attract top-notch candidates. This will involve conducting screenings, assessing qualifications, testing language levels, and determining the perfect fit for specific job roles.

As a freelancer, you will work directly with our Senior Decision Maker (SDM) and Managing Director (MD) to drive successful recruitment placements. Your responsibilities will also include keeping a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities, building lasting relationships with them, and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.

To ensure the smoothness and fairness of collaboration, it is essential that you have a good understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Requirements
  • Proficient in English/Italian (spoken and written) - this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT+1).
  • Proven experience sourcing/hunting/recruiting Italian-speaking talent within the specified industries.
  • Able to invoice and work remotely from anywhere in the world.
  • Excellent time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.
