Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue expansion through upsells, cross-sells, and industry referrals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Analyze client needs and match them with relevant offerings to drive upsells and cross-sells.
  • Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts by exploring adjacent business units, partner companies, and industry networks.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients that drive additional value.
  • Leverage deep Web3 industry knowledge and network to identify client pain points and market trends that present revenue opportunities.
  • Actively follow and engage with key players, DAOs, ecosystem projects, and blockchain communities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or Web3-related roles.
  • Strong network within the Web3 industry (including founders, investors, developers, and ecosystem partners).
  • Ability to understand complex Web3 products and translate them into business opportunities for clients.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Willingness to work within two corporate cultures.
