The Fraud Validation Team plays a vital role in protecting our honest customers from inflated premiums caused by fraudulent activity. As a Fraud Validation Executive, you'll be part of this team, working to prevent fraud while ensuring fairness for our customers.

About the Role

This is an excellent starting point for building a career in fraud prevention and underwriting, with opportunities to develop your skills through ongoing training and support in a fast-paced, dynamic team.

You will be balancing the need to protect the business from fraudulent activity while delivering a positive experience to customers. This requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Examining policy details and supporting documents to identify signs of misrepresentation
  • Applying tools and methods to assess policy validity and detect fraudulent activity
  • Requesting additional information, clarifying changes, or resolving discrepancies while maintaining excellent service standards

In addition to these core responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new processes and procedures, helping us to continually improve our approach to fraud prevention.
