Procurement and HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement / HR Support Specialist to join our team at the Cesi Group.
Your Responsibilities
- Purchase supplies and services for our locations in Berlin, Mannheim, and Prague.
- Act as the interface for our local HR service provider for personnel administration and be the point of contact for employees in Prague.
- Coordinate needs with internal departments and prepare national and international tenders.
- Develop and maintain master data on suppliers and service providers.
- Support and carry out supplier evaluations according to specifications.
- Monitor the supplier market and identify options for improving total costs of ownership.
Your Profile
- University degree in economics or relevant field.
- Professional experience in purchasing or personnel administration.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and common software applications.
- Organisational talent with analytical and quality-oriented approach.
- Very good knowledge of English, Czech, and German languages.
