About the Job

We are seeking a Human Capital Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide consulting services for the implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand products, including Core, Learning, Performance, Succession and Recruiting. You will also investigate and analyze CSOD-related incidents, support system application on 2/3 lines of IT support and cooperate with other team members.

Your Responsibilities

  • Implement Cornerstone OnDemand products, including Core, Learning, Performance, Succession and Recruiting
  • Analyze CSOD-related incidents and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Support system application on 2/3 lines of IT support
  • Cooperate with other team members, including developers, validators and infrastructure specialists
  • Develop and maintain continuous integration builds environment processes
  • Support project configuration changes together with other team members for business users and partners
  • Provide clients with business process consulting in the areas of Human Capital Management
  • Provide product training, demonstrations and walkthroughs to clients
  • Manage test cases and their implementation

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in supporting HCM systems, including Cornerstone OnDemand
  • Knowledge of English enabling work in an international team (level C1)
  • Experience in working in IT, including as a tester or help-desk/user supporter
  • Knowledge about IT support, including knowledge of ITIL, operating systems, etc.
