We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist to oversee client onboarding, ensure thorough due diligence, and maintain compliance with complex regulatory frameworks.

This role demands analytical expertise, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that KYC procedures align with AML regulations and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.
  • Oversee the KYC process for client onboarding and periodic reviews, conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures to remain compliant with regulatory changes.
  • Conduct quality checks on KYC documentation and client files, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance.
  • Create and lead training programs to keep the team updated on the latest developments and internal protocols.
  • Prepare and present reports on activities, trends, and findings to senior management and relevant bodies.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks related to client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
  • Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles; multi-jurisdictional compliance experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of AML and KYC regulations across multiple jurisdictions, with the ability to interpret and apply complex requirements.
  • Familiarity with KYC and AML software tools, as well as Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
