We're seeking a highly skilled professional to occupy a pivotal position at the intersection of technology and business.

This opportunity allows you to leverage advanced technologies like AI, KDB+, and NLP to create innovative solutions that empower traders and trading platforms to operate with maximum efficiency and awareness.

About the Project:

  • The team develops an award-winning digital solution that transforms how institutional investors interact with global financial markets.
  • The platform enables real-time access to market data, research, pricing, and execution insights, streamlining decision-making and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with junior engineers to design and develop new systems and solutions.
  • Mentor and teach junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize machine learning, NLP, and AI technologies to create cutting-edge solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage technical debt to ensure a healthy balance between tech debt and new functionality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
  • Demonstratable experience in machine learning, NLP, AI, and Data Science is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills in written and oral English.
