Senior IT Business Analyst in Healthcare ERP

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather detailed healthcare-specific requirements.

  • You will translate complex hospital operational needs into structured documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories, technical stories, and spikes).
  • You will lead process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

You will also support stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), proactively addressing identified gaps.

In addition, you will effectively manage incidents through identification, prioritization, documentation, and resolution to ensure minimal operational disruption.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in business analysis and requirements engineering. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather detailed healthcare-specific requirements.
  • Translate complex hospital operational needs into structured documentation.
  • Lead process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Support stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Effectively manage incidents through identification, prioritization, documentation, and resolution.
