Logistics Planning Strategist

As a Logistics Planning Strategist at Arche Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

• Production Planning: Develop and oversee key production plans, adapting them to changing market demands and available resources.
• Operational Execution: Execute operational tasks in assigned facilities, addressing issues related to demand and supply imbalances, analyzing root causes, and taking corrective actions.
• Scenario Planning: Plan various production scenarios, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery allocation across the network, considering all constraints.
• Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service by maintaining product availability in the short term and minimizing finished goods losses. Set service level standards based on established goals.
• Inventory Management: Make decisions regarding non-profitable inventory and globally optimizing inventory within the supply chain.
• Supply Chain Improvement: Initiate and lead projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency, identifying and eliminating constraints. Ensure effective collaboration between teams and act as an escalation point both internally and in supplier relations.

• FMC Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (FMC industry preferred).
• Language Skills: Very good knowledge of English and French, both spoken and written, minimum level B2+.
• Crisis Management: Practical ability to handle crisis situations (e.g., stock shortages). High resilience to stress and ability to work under pressure.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build effective connections with European factories.
