Job Description:

This is a challenging internship opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in project management.

We are seeking an Intelligent Project Assistant who will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution. This role will also involve acting as a bridge between the team and clients, ensuring clear communication and managing project documentation.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and tools. You will work closely with experienced professionals to share knowledge and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution.
  • Act as a bridge between the team and clients, ensuring clear communication.
  • Manage project documentation and prepare reports.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure the quality of task completion.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and tools.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a higher education degree (preferably in IT, management, or related fields). It would be beneficial if the candidate has completed project management courses and has basic knowledge of project management methodologies. Familiarity with JIRA and general IT terminology is also required.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in creating documentation, manuals, or process descriptions. Previous exposure to QA, development, or system administration is a plus. The candidate should possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as strong multitasking abilities and confidence in decision-making.
