Job OpportunityThis is a unique chance to join our newly established team in Zielona Góra, Poland, strengthening our engineering teams within B2C2. We need skilled professionals who will take on responsibilities and help shape our best-in-class trading platform for large institutional clients. The offer is addressed to candidates residing in Zielona Góra or the surrounding area (no relocation).
What You Will Do- Develop and maintain high-quality Python-based applications and components for our cutting-edge tech stack.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from peers.
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Work closely with other teams to investigate and solve complex technical issues.
- Maintain and enforce good quality internal documentation.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and some design patterns.
- Clean and efficient coding style.
- Experience with Django+DRF or another commonly used Python web-based framework.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Celery, Kafka, Redis, gRPC is highly desirable.
- Understanding of web technologies and protocols (e.g., HTTP, WebSocket).
- Some experience with Linux, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and/or AWS is a plus.
- Interest in crypto and/or trading is nice to have.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
