About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional DevOps Infrastructure Engineering Expert to join our Cloud Secure Account Management team. This talented individual will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure.

This is a software development position that requires writing high-quality code that performs at scale, is supportable, and extensible. As part of our self-organized setup, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to tackle cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure challenges in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in DevOps, infrastructure as code, and cloud security. They will be proficient in programming languages such as Python, C, GoLang, Ruby, Java, and have experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
  • Oversight of cloud account provisioning to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Implementation of security measures, including identity and access management (IAM), to protect cloud accounts and data.
  • Collaboration with other product streams to diagnose and understand their needs, proposing solutions and providing technological consultancy.
  • Documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Guidance and mentorship to junior team members, leading incident response efforts to quickly resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages: Python, C, GoLang, Ruby, Java.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Requirements:

  • AWS Certifications (Developer, Solution Architect [Associate / Professional], SysOps)
  • Experience with log/event/metric collector and visualization tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus)
