We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our team as a Corporate Law Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our corporate, M&A, and transaction teams to provide day-to-day legal support.

Responsibilities will include managing multiple projects, participating in cross-border M&A projects, and drafting negotiation of transaction and corporate documentation.

You will also be responsible for coordinating clients' group corporate housekeeping and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Czech University law, experience with corporate law, M&A, and transactions, and proficiency in English and Czech languages.

We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €75,000 per year, long-term cooperation, and a focus on value creation and impact.
