Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join an exciting project within the telecom industry as a Senior Nice CXOne Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, technical strategy, and design of next-generation contact center solutions and Customer eXperience (CX) journeys.

You will collaborate with customers and relevant business teams to define and implement solutions that align with both customer business and technical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expert, end-to-end knowledge of the Nice CXOne portfolio.
  • Expertise in AI tools and digital channels.
  • Strong technical knowledge and/or experience in Customer Experience and the IT Eco-System.
  • Contact Center and CX related services, including expert level knowledge and hands-on experience in Nice CXOne and the CX eco systems.
  • Fluent English.
