We seek a senior-level developer to fill the role of Engineering Lead. In this position, you will oversee technical projects and collaborate with engineers to drive innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide critical technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Develop new features in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Enhance application functionality and optimize performance through strategic analysis.
  • Design and implement CI/CD processes to streamline software development.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in full mobile application development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven track record in developing applications using React Native, along with general knowledge of Python, Kotlin, and Swift.
  • Experience working on health-tech projects.
  • Solid understanding of coding principles such as DRY and S.O.L.I.D.
  • Practical knowledge of configuring CI/CD processes in software development.
  • Experience working with JavaScript, Python, and React.
  • Native mobile development experience for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proficiency in using native development tools such as Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and UX/UI testing tools.

Soft Skills & Other Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
