We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our Finance team at Notino. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing financial workflows and processes to improve the financial performance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Propose solutions to streamline financial workflows, reduce processing time, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Identify and address inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in financial processes to optimize their effectiveness.
- Secure comprehensive documentation of all financial processes and procedures to ensure transparency and consistency.
- Provide training and support to finance team members on updated processes and new tools to enhance their competency and ensure successful adoption.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with members of the Finance department to ensure the effectiveness of set financial processes and provide support to the Finance Process Manager.
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management Office, Commercial, IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure alignment of financial processes with broader organizational objectives.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar position with a track record of delivering successful process improvements.
- Ability to analyze complex financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop effective solutions to improve financial performance.
- Strong understanding of commercial business operations and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive financial process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various business units, build strong relationships, and negotiate with stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement, anticipating changes, and adapting to new situations.
- Demonstrable knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) or other business process modelling techniques.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma).
- Advanced command of English and fluency in Czech/Slovak.
