About the Role

We are seeking an experienced data scientist to lead end-to-end analytics projects from gathering business requirements to delivering outputs and generating actionable insights. The successful candidate will develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using tools like SageMaker, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards. Additionally, you will identify trends, behaviors, and preferences in customer data to provide insights that improve customer experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain thorough documentation of data science processes, models, and experiments to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions and initiatives.
  • Implement mechanisms to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources and processes.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SAS programming languages.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and Git version control system.
