We're seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our TechOps team, focusing on internal IT infrastructure, including Linux servers, networking, and supporting our engineering and business teams.
You may be a fit for this role if you- Can troubleshoot issues in various OS environments, including Linux, macOS, and Windows.
- Have experience in services and servers administration, such as virtualisation, containerisation, and managing backups.
- Have practical knowledge of networking, including HTTP, DNS, SMTP, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Are familiar with monitoring solutions, like Zabbix.
- Have a strong customer focus and ownership mentality.
- Enjoy working in diverse and international teams.
- Have hands-on experience with platforms and tools we use: scripting (Bash, Python), Docker, Git, CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins), Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
- Can create and maintain process documents.
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud services administration, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with assessing security risks and vulnerabilities of system changes.
- Knowledge of databases like Postgres or MySQL.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating, planning, and executing systems modifications and introducing new systems.
- Supporting Sonalakers with any IT-related issues.
- Constantly supervising the functioning of systems supporting company operations, performing upgrades, monitoring performance, and detecting anomalies.
- Administrating systems and managing servers, including installing development and test environments based on Linux and maintaining them.
- Automating processes to improve maintainability.
- Being part of the team responsible for ISO/IEC 27001.
- Creating and maintaining documentation of processes.
