We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Reporting Connections team. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule – in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of TypeScript at an idiomatic level combined with willingness to learn new technologies. Prior experience with implementing dashboards, observability or reporting features is also required. The successful candidate will be familiar with design systems and CSS frameworks as well as modern front-end development frameworks.

This role involves designing and delivering high-impact reporting features that our customers are eagerly awaiting. The successful candidate will increase the team's efficiency and speed by promoting best practices in software design, coding, and testing. They will craft the right abstractions that will enable other teams to add reporting functionality to their own features.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the implementation of high-impact reporting features that our customers are eagerly awaiting
  • Increase your team's efficiency and speed by promoting best practices in software design, coding, and testing
  • Craft the right abstractions that will enable other teams to add reporting functionality to their own features
  • Become a person of contact about issues related to scalability and performance of reporting features
  • Mentor other team members with your deep understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript and best practices of modern software development and conduct constructive software reviews
