IT Trainer/Mentor

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer/Mentor to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science and technical expertise in at least one of the following fields: Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JS, Python or Automation QA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new IT courses from scratch, preparing curriculums and educational plans, and developing educational materials (theory, practice, tests, study cases). They will also implement modern educational technologies into corporate education and participate in improving NIX educational courses.

In addition, the IT Trainer/Mentor will consult teachers on training issues and process and interpret the skills matrices and requirements for candidates taught in these courses. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant working experience and have experience as a mentor or technical expert in an IT company, vocational school, college or University. They will also have expertise in IT course development or IT training and familiarity with IT industry workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct teaching in groups with students.
  • Mentor students.
  • Create new IT courses from scratch (from the idea to the release) in cooperation with experts in various technical fields.
  • Prepare curriculums and educational plans.
  • Process and interpret the skills matrices and requirements for candidates taught in these courses.
