About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Team Lead to join our team at Konplan. As a key member of our digitalization solutions team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers focused on.NET and cloud technologies.

Your primary goal will be to establish, shape, and develop the Krones Line of the Future, a cutting-edge digitalization solution for the beverage and food industry. To achieve this, you will collaborate with cross-functional, international teams, including product management and design, to define product requirements and development goals.

You will also be responsible for aligning with Krones.digital management to set and achieve company goals, implementing best practices in software development, and guiding the team in adopting and integrating new AWS services and.NET technologies.

As a Senior Software Development Team Lead, you will be expected to conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of software developers focused on.NET and cloud technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and development goals.
  3. Align with Krones.digital management to set and achieve company goals.
  4. Implement best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and continuous integration.
  5. Guide the team in adopting and integrating new AWS services and.NET technologies.
  6. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on.NET and cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams, preferably in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency in.NET languages and frameworks, such as C#,.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, e.g., AWS services, such as IoT, S3, Lambda, SQS, and API Gateway.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, including command line usage, scripting, and system administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure.
