The estimated annual salary for this position is HUF 9,672,060. This includes a competitive tax-free salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

This role is responsible for providing expert-level support for system account administration on various systems, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and SAP. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to troubleshoot complex issues, and possess strong communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • IT Support: The ability to provide technical assistance to users with various IT-related issues.
  • IT Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Microsfot Entra: Experience with Microsoft Entra, including creating, maintaining, deleting, and troubleshooting system accounts.
  • Powershell: Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and its applications in system administration.
  • High School Diploma: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • ServiceNow: Experience with ServiceNow, including ticketing and incident management.
  • Shared Services Center: Experience working in a shared services center environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to multiple stakeholders.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate: Certification in ITIL foundation, with a focus on service desk operations and incident management.
  • Customer Support Certification: Relevant certification in customer support, such as CompTIA ITIL or similar.
