Technical Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems (RHEL preferred)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. Proxmox, VMware ESXi, KVM)
- Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python, Ruby)
- Familiarity with automation of infrastructure and application deployments (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Understanding of networking concepts and principles and security best practices
- 8+ years of experience in a Platform Architect, Senior DevOps, System Architect or related roles
- 2+ years of experience in leadership position roles
- Hands-on experience with the technologies mentioned above

- Ability to define and guide the overall mission, goals, and roadmap of the platform team
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical and organizational challenges efficiently
