We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team at AVENGA, an agency that specializes in providing high-quality design solutions.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences, with a strong understanding of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices. They will also have experience in conducting usability evaluations, developing knowledge regarding UX within the organization, and implementing UCD processes.
Key Responsibilities- Designing and developing user interfaces for various platforms, including mobile and web applications
- Conducting usability evaluations and synthesizing research findings to prepare actionable items
- Developing knowledge regarding UX within the organization and cooperating in implementing UCD processes
- Defining UX strategy for projects and project portfolios
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 4 years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences
- English proficiency level (C1)
- Other languages: German, Spanish, Russian (nice to have)
- Practical ability and experience in preparing mobile applications interface, web solutions, reports etc. (min. 4 years)
- Solid knowledge of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive and accessible designs for all users
