NIX Tech Kft. is a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services.
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Budapest office, working closely with professionals to find innovative IT solutions for multinational clients.
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies using various databases and social media platforms.
- Screening candidates' resumes and applications to identify top talent.
- Conducting thorough interviews using reliable recruiting tools to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Facilitating the offer process by negotiating employment terms and extending offers to successful candidates.
You will collaborate closely with department managers to compile a list of requirements and promote the company as an attractive employer.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and fluency in English (at least B2 level).

- Knowledge of the local IT market.
Additional qualifications include work experience at recruitment agencies, knowledge of Ukrainian, and a proactive approach to sourcing and headhunting.
