Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the analysis of financial data related to supply chain operations, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. They will also cooperate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to gather insights and provide financial guidance that supports strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the analysis of financial data related to supply chain operations, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to gather insights and provide financial guidance that supports strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to supply chain leadership to uncover insights and influence supply chain strategies.
  • Oversee the management of actuals, forecasts, and the annual budget process for the supply chain function across the region.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Min. 8 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling or related roles in international organizations.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
  • Strong background in supply chain finance will be a great asset.
  • Experience in annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
