We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team in the Accounts Payable department.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and expenses
- Verify and post purchasing documents, maintaining accurate financial records
- Collaborate with internal departments in the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, ensuring seamless transaction execution
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders via email and phone in English and Italian
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience in accounting and finance, preferably in an international environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
The estimated salary for this role is around €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The location of this role is Sosnowiec, Poland.
