ERP Expert Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned ERP expert to join our IT team and take on the responsibility of providing comprehensive support for our business-critical systems.

• Offer advanced level technical assistance in resolving issues related to our ERP platform, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and proactive problem-solving.
• Analyze and replicate complex business processes within our ERP system, pinpointing areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Utilize T-SQL to investigate issues, prepare data sets, create reports (SSRS, Excel), and manage backups to ensure seamless system operation.
• Configure ERP roles, security settings, and system configurations to optimize user access and efficiency.
• Support ERP upgrades, address integration challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our ERP processes.
• Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions (onsite/remote), and foster effective knowledge transfer among colleagues.

• Degree in IT or Computer Science, or relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and SQL (in-depth understanding of Infor Visual is advantageous).
• Proficiency with reporting tools, particularly SSRS.
• Knowledge of ERP workflows and core business processes, including order-to-cash and invoicing.
• Able to write and optimize T-SQL queries (Stored Procedures, Triggers).
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, and communicative proficiency in Czech or Polish.
