About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in discovery phases and workshops with customers, covering key business and product requirements;
  • Manage project scope, requirements management and their impact on existing requirements, defining dependencies on other teams;
  • Create business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional specifications and technical requirements (incl. flow diagrams, data mappings, examples);
  • Closely collaborate with development team (requirements presentation, backlog grooming, requirements change management, technical solution design together with Tech Lead, etc.);
  • Regularly communicate with internal (Product, Account management, Business teams) and external stakeholders (Partners, Customers);
  • Prepare UAT scenarios, validation cases;
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing;
  • Demonstrate solutions for internal stakeholders;
  • Create documentation (user guides, technical guides, presentations).

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A strong background in software development, business analysis, or related field;
  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Microservices architecture, SQL, UML, BPMN, REST API;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with system integration, enterprise software development, finance domain, and web-applications is a plus.
