Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Lawyer to join our client, a multinational manufacturing company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on commercial law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal guidance on commercial law matters, including contract review and negotiation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues
