Adp Employer Services Česká Republika is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Italian team in Prague. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with numbers, collaborate with colleagues, and resolve issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled individual who is fluent in Italian and English, proficient in Microsoft Office, and has excellent client service skills. Your primary responsibility will be to review and process client payrolls records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also be responsible for maintaining payroll systems, analyzing data, and determining necessary corrective actions.
We offer a competitive salary range of 45,000-55,000 CZK per month, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes meal tickets, free beverages, additional paid leave, pension contribution, and training opportunities.
Responsibilities- Reviewing and processing client payrolls records, including current employees, new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, wage changes, transfers, and other related tasks
- Maintaining payroll systems, documentation, and reports up-to-date and accurate
- Analyzing data, determining necessary corrective actions, and effectively applying client payroll policies and procedures
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent client service skills, both written and oral
- Ability to analyze problems through effective customer interaction and communication
- Strong self-initiative and motivation
- Competitive salary range of 45,000-55,000 CZK per month
- Meal tickets in the amount of 130 CZK per working day
