Mission StatementWe are seeking a Swedish-speaking Trainee Recruiter to join our team in Prague. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in recruitment to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.
Main Responsibilities- Screening and Sourcing: Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions.
- Building Relationships: Build and grow your own recruitment desk by establishing strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Candidate Preparation: Prepare candidate CVs for submission to clients.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews for senior consultants.
- Native or fluent in Swedish (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
- Academic or professional degree in HR or a related field is an advantage.
- Great communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a knack for building and nurturing relationships.
- Excellent commission-based package.
