We are seeking a skilled Technical QA Engineer to join our team, bringing expertise in automated and manual testing, as well as monitoring and ensuring the quality of our services.

The ideal candidate will be part of our QA team, working closely with our development team to build and run their services themselves.

As a mid-level QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our services, actively participating in the development lifecycle and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve defects.

Job Description
In this role, you will:
• Perform regular manual and automated testing of our services
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues across the full stack (client, server, data pipelines, infrastructure issues)
• Analyze issues and identify root causes in all parts of our system
• Validate data pipelines and integrations on third-party websites or mobile applications
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defects

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 3+ years of QA experience with web applications and/or mobile apps
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
