Job Overview

A Senior Business Analyst will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions for a complex payment processing initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Past working experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Consultant is required.
  • Strong payments domain experience is necessary.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are essential.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and contribute in a team are essential.
  • Knowledge of project collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira is required.
  • Ability to produce BPMN and end-to-end process flows is necessary.
  • Understanding of activities required for all phases of the project lifecycle is essential.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data querying is required.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs in complex environments is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in UK payments is desirable.
  • Role-relevant qualifications such as CBAP or IQBBA certification are advantageous.
