We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect Developer to join a greenfield project focused on designing and developing advanced cloud-based contact center solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with DevOps and business teams to deliver scalable solutions, leveraging Amazon Connect, Contact Flows, Terraform, and other cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop brand new cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
  • Build and optimize Contact Flows to enhance customer experiences
  • Integrate Amazon Lex and QinConnect to create intelligent customer interactions
  • Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform to ensure scalability and reliability
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Connect architecture and capabilities
  • Experience with Contact Flows and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Amazon Lex and QinConnect services
  • Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform
