Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Junior Data Engineer Python to join our team. As a data engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. You will also collaborate with the team to implement new features and support the growing data needs of our organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, leveraging your technical skills to drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data engineering will help us make data-driven decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data systems.
  • Build and maintain pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement new features and support the growing data needs.
  • Monitor and anticipate trends in data engineering and propose changes in alignment with organizational goals and needs.
Requirements
  • Data Engineer experience with strong understanding of data processing frameworks (e.g., PySpark, Pandas, Polars).
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory).
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
