About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to join our cross-functional team building innovative tools for scientific research.

  • Able to design and develop user-friendly web UI using JavaScript, React, and Apollo
  • Proficient in GraphQL schema design and implementation, as well as backend system development in Node.js
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing SQL database schemas and queries
  • Ability to contribute to cloud-based services written in Python
  • Strong testing skills with comprehensive test suites
  • Effective collaboration with scientists and global teams to translate user needs into functional solutions
  • Support laboratory research by developing tools for image analysis, workflow automation, and data management

Key Qualifications:

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of experience with React, Python, and SQL
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, user-friendly tools
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS)
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adopt new technologies
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with biological data or knowledge of cell biology
  • Previous work in a scientific or research environment
