OHS Professional

At ALDI Tech Hub, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist to join our team. As an OHS Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment for our employees.

We are looking for a talented individual with expertise in OHS regulations, fire protection, and labor law. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive inspections, identify hazards, and provide recommendations for preventive measures.

• Conducting regular workplace inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Developing and implementing effective OHS procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
• Providing training sessions and workshops on OHS best practices.
• Maintaining accurate records of incidents, accidents, and near misses.

• Higher education or postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in OHS roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A competitive salary range estimated at PLN 35,000 - PLN 50,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
