Director of External Partnerships

We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to join our Learning & Development Center team at NIX Tech Kft.

The selected candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships with external institutions, including Universities, IT Schools, and professional communities, with the goal of attracting top talent into NIX.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of NIX, while leveraging your expertise in communication, presentation, and data analysis.

As a Communications Manager, you will:

• Cooperate with Universities and Colleges to attract talented graduates into NIX
• Promote NIX among Universities, Colleges, and professional IT communities
• Participate in generating new ideas and creating promotion materials, presentations, and event scenarios
• Organize onsite and online educational and promotion events to attract potential employees to NIX
• Represent NIX at Job Fairs, Career days, MeetUps, etc.
• Develop connections with IT Schools, IT professional communities, etc.
• Analyze project results

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
