A key responsibility of this role is to ensure adherence to FATF guidelines, EU AML Directives, SEC/CFTC crypto regulations, and other global frameworks governing crypto exchanges, custodians, and token issuers.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary compliance contact for crypto-related licensing applications, regulatory reporting, and audits. They will also be responsible for keeping track of evolving regulations affecting the crypto industry, including stablecoins, NFTs, DeFi, and crypto derivatives.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have proven knowledge of FATF Travel Rule, SEC/CFTC crypto regulations, and AMLD frameworks. They should also be familiar with blockchain forensic tools, such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, and TRM Labs, as well as AML software and crypto wallet risk scoring.
