Strategic IT Delivery Director

We are currently seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of IT projects and programmes within the Finance Product Stream on an interim basis. This role involves ensuring the successful execution of initiatives using agile, hybrid methodologies, and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to drive the delivery of solutions that improve the Finance function and align with organisational goals.

• Leverage expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to drive project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise delivery processes and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource schedules, and risk management strategies.
• BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR BUSINESS AND IT STAKEHOLDERS AT ALL LEVELS OF THE ORGANISATION.
• Act as a trusted adviser, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• INSPIRE AND GUIDE TEAMS AND STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH TRANSFORMATION JOURNEYS, FOSTERING ENGAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION.
• Champion change management practices to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

• Expertise in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft AX.
• Familiarity with finance functions and ability to leverage knowledge to align IT delivery with business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with integration development.
• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
